Roughly once a month, a not-for-profit local music extravaganza is held at a Hampton Roads venue. Each FREE event features 3 - 5 acts that have performed on YourMusicShow radio. Between acts, YourMusicShow spins all local tracks and videos to keep the entertainment rolling and to keep the evening centered on local music.
If you are a band or a venue that is interested in participating in LET'S MAKE A SCENE! please contact us. We look forward to hearing from artists of all genres of music as long as you created it yourself and you live in Hampton Roads!
In addition, Olde Towne Tavern in Phoebus (Hampton) plays host to monthly shows dubbed "YourMusicShow Presents ..." Although the admission is free, the bands are compensated and the requirements are not quite as strict for being eligible.

Showcase #4, titled LET'S MAKE A SCENE CUATRO was our first venture to the Southside. On November 12, 2011 Chicho's Pizza played host and 4 rocking bands blew up the evening with their power and rock. We still have had nothing less than extraordinary lineups for these shows, and all the bands are so on their game that you can't afford to miss any more of these!

Showcase #3, affectionately referred to as LET'S MAKE A SCENE The Third was held at The Hampton Taphouse on August 20, 2011. A wide variety of genres were represented, and all by original local artists. Check out the lineup:

The Hampton Taphouse is located in beautiful downtown Hampton at 17 E. Queens Way, Hampton, VA 23669. The show is free and begins at 8pm. Sorry kids, 21 and up this time.
LET'S MAKE A SCENE Part Deux showed that audiences in this area are indeed eager to hear local original music. The size of the audience grew significantly from the first showcase. Let's keep the growth happening!

The first showcase was a huge success! Thanks to the bands that joined us May 28 at Olde Towne Tavern for the inaugural event. It was a night that will be remembered for a long time to come, and one to be matched by future showcases! The lineup was:
